1. Overview of series, and stress coping skills.
Hi everyone! My name is Sophia, and I started the Wellbeing Hub because I believe mental health is just as important as academic success. As students, we deal with stress, pressure, and a lot of expectations on a daily basis, and I wanted to create a space where people can openly talk about wellbeing in a positive and supportive way.
The Wellbeing Hub focuses on self-care, balance, and building healthy habits that make school life feel more manageable. It’s a place to share experiences, reflect, and learn practical ways to handle stress while still staying motivated and connected. The goal is to create thoughtful conversations and remind students that taking care of themselves matters.
